As this health system was undergoing a brand evolution, the patient experience was key to establishing this new culture. St. Claire Group worked with various clinical and operational departments in the development of the “I am Adena” Associate Handbook. This handbook was distributed to every physician, associate and volunteer as a demonstration of the behavioral standards that were expected as part of the new culture.
